Nicholas M Saraniti Chief Executive Officer Attended Samford University for undergraduate studies, and earned his Bachelors of Science in Molecular Biology from Florida Atlantic University in 1999. Nicholas worked in retail, home infusion, psychiatric and hospital pharmacy prior to joining Commcare in 1997. Under his direction and leadership, Commcare Pharmacy has grown to become one of the leading regional specialty pharmacies in the country.
Nicholas’ vast programming experience in multiple languages, has allowed him to bring a unique perspective to Specialty Pharmacy. Nicholas has helped design and deploy multiple custom applications which have allowed Commcare to greatly expand, while continuing to provide the high-touch, patient-centric services typically associated with smaller providers. These applications include: Graphical Compliance Reporting (MPR+LOT), Workflow Management, CRM, and Multi Site Specialty Pharmacy Management. Commcare’s integrated technology platform is commonly recognized as “Best in Class” and is helping to define industry standards for MPR and LOT reporting.
During his tenure with Commcare, the company has utilized it’s experience in treating HIV/AIDS to diversify into other disease states and expand it’s geographic reach. In addition, Commcare has routinely experienced 15% year over year growth rates, contracted directly with manufacturers and payors, trademarked it’s Assist brand of disease management programs, and gained access to most restricted distribution drugs.
With his 15 years of industry experience, Nicholas has been greatly involved in helping to define the “Specialty Pharmacy” channel, and sits on several industry advisory boards. Currently, Nicholas is working on expanding Commcare’s reach further into the Oral Oncology, Specialty Infusion, and Managed Care marketplaces.

Sal Saraniti, R.Ph., C.Ph. Chief Pharmacy Officer
Earned his Bachelors of Pharmacy from Samford University in 1972. Sal is experienced in Retail/Home Infusion/Independent Chain Management/ and Hospital Pharmacy practices. Prior to his tenure at Commcare, Sal owned and operated a retail pharmacy in Delray Beach, Florida which he sold after increasing sales from $0.5M to $2.5M in only five years. Sal acted as Director of Pharmacy for a 7 chain independent pharmacy (Cunninghams Pharmacies) located throughout South Florida, and worked for National Medical Enterprises (now Tenet) where he established one of the first outpatient diabetes clinics, which was replicated throughout the company. |

Richard DoughertyChief Financial Officer 
Earned his Bachelor's of Science in Entomology with an emphasis in Microbiology from the University of Florida in 1997. Richard enrolled in graduate school at Florida Atlantic University. He received a Master's of Science degree in Molecular Biology focusing on Molecular Genetics as well as a Master's of Business Administration in Finance in 2002. Richard has an extensive background in both financial analysis and auditing. He spent two years at AAI Pharma as a Senior Business Analyst. He was tasked with implementing Sarbanes-Oxley as part of the audit team for the Chairman of the Board as well as analyzing the specialty pharmaceutical sector. Richard joined Commcare in 2008. He immediately began working on strategic planning and growth initiatives to help Commcare maintain its historic growth rate.

Susan Castillo Director of Client Relations Susan served as the companies first full time insurance coordinator from 1999 to 2004. In 2004, Susan was promoted to NS3 Health's Director of Client Services. During her tenure with Commcare, Susan has designed, implemented and managed systems and programs designed to aide patients easier navigate the complexities of coverage in todays managed care environment. Additionally, Susan manages Commcares insurance and reimbursement specialists. |

Seth Leverence Director of Sales & Marketing Earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2003. Seth Served as the companies first outside service representative from 1999 to 2004. In 2004, Seth was promoted to NS3 Health's Director of Sales and Marketing. During his tenure he has recruited, hired and managed a team of specialty reps throughout Florida and Georgia. |
