Commcare's reimbursement staff utilizes the pharmacy's outside service representatives to aide in the collection of the necessary information needed to complete prior authorization requests, clarify orders, educate prescribers on REMS programs, and enroll patients in manufacturer programs.  These outside service representatives are deployed throughout the States of Florida and Georgia, and have developed/maintain relationships with key prescribers and office staff.  Having physical contacts help coordinate and streamline communication and data flow ensures that patients receive their medication quickly with minimal disruption to thier lives.
