The acquisition of Pulmonary Prescription Providers adds robust Home Infusion Capabilities to Commcare Pharmacy's growing array of Specialty Pharmacy services. In addition, Commcare Pharmacy also gains expertise in pediatric RSV treatment, dialysis, and enteral therapies.

Margie Helfan, former president of Pulmonary Prescription Providers, will join Commcare Pharmacy as Director of RSV & Infusion Services. “I'm excited to become part of the Commcare Pharmacy team, and offer Pulmonary's clients the disease management services of Commcare” said Margie Helfan.

 

Commcare Pharmacy CEO Nicholas Saraniti stated that “This acquisition allows Commcare to offer a full suite of Infusion Services to our current clients, while adding substantial SP services in RSV and dialysis ”. With the completion of the acquisition, Commcare Pharmacy now offers services to HIV/AIDS, Oncology, Hepatitis, Transplant, RSV, Infusion, Dialysis, Enteral, MS, Crohn's, and Arthritis Patients.
