Commcare Pharmacy Obtains Customer Satisfaction Rates > 99%
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, November 6th, 2009 - - Commcare Pharmacy (NS3 Health, LLC), a regional Specialty Pharmacy provider, announced the results of it's annual Customer Care Survey today. According to the survey, 99.45% of patients approved of the services they received from Commcare.
In 2008, a similar survey found the satisfaction rate to be 98.69% with a 5.7% response rate.
Commcare Pharmacy Chief Executive Officer, Nicholas Saraniti, stated that “Commcare's High-Touch Patient-Centric Model is what differentiates our company from other Specialty Providers. It's great to know our model is working by having it re-affirmed by the people whom count the most; our patients”.
“An overall response rate of over 10% shows that, not only are our patients satisfied with our services; but that they are also excited to tell us about it”, said Richard Dougherty, Chief Financial Officer of Commcare Pharmacies.
The survey also revealed that prior to utilizing Commcare, over 86% of patients had utilized a retail pharmacy. “This clearly shows the value of taking a true patient-centric approach to specialty pharmacy”, said Susan Castillo, Vice President of Client Services.
